How long does a safety cover last?

The cover comes with a 15-year prorated warranty, but most last longer than that with normal use. Compare that to a basic tarp or water-bag cover that often needs replacing every 3 or 4 years — you’re saving on three or four replacement covers over the same period.

Solid cover or solid with drainage panels — which one should I choose?

The solid Ultra-Loc III comes standard with an automatic cover pump, so water drains off the surface automatically. If you prefer less pump reliance, drainage panels let rainwater pass directly through the cover. Our team can walk you through both options based on your property and maintenance preference.

Is closing my pool included with a new cover?

Yes — pool winterization is included with every cover installation across Chesterfield, Hanover, Henrico, and Richmond.

Will it fit my pool? It has an unusual shape / attached spa / waterfall.

Do I need new anchor points in my deck?

If your pool already has anchor points from a previous safety cover, we can often reuse them. If it’s a new installation or the existing anchors aren’t compatible, we’ll install new brass anchors as part of the installation process.

What does the warranty actually cover?

The 15-year prorated warranty covers manufacturing defects in the cover material. Coverage decreases over time on a prorated basis. Our team can walk you through the full warranty terms before you purchase.
